Signing in

Go to app.fallax.io and choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

Fallax needs a work account: a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 identity on your organisation's own domain. Personal Gmail and personal Microsoft accounts are refused, even if the address looks like a company one.

Onboarding

The first time you sign in, Fallax walks you through up to three short steps.

  1. Welcome to Fallax. Three questions: your role, the size of your company, and how you found us. They only help us decide what to build next.

  2. Join your team. Shown only if you have a pending invitation, or if someone at your email domain already has a workspace. Click Ask to join and an owner or admin approves you. You can still choose Create a separate workspace.

  3. Name your workspace. Enter your organisation's name, accept the Terms of service and the Data processing agreement on its behalf, and click Create workspace. You become its owner.

Nothing is sent to anyone because you created or joined a workspace. Simulations only go out when someone launches a campaign or turns on the Programme.

What a new workspace starts with

  • An audience called Just me (test run) with only you in it, for safe first tests.

  • Your email domain, verified through your sign-in.

  • The full built-in library of phishing emails, landing pages and lessons.

  • Its timezone, taken from your browser. You can change it in Settings → General.

  • Your company logo, fetched from your email domain where we can find it.

Next steps

The Overview page shows a short checklist: prove a domain you own, connect your mailbox tenant, and send yourself a test simulation. After that it suggests syncing your team and turning on the Programme.
