Each email, landing page and learning page can have a version per language. Fallax picks the right one for each person at send time.
How Fallax chooses the language
The person's own language, from directory sync or set on their page in People.
Otherwise, the workspace's Default language in Settings → General.
Otherwise, English.
If there is no translation for a person's language, they get the base version. The campaign page warns you when some recipients have no translated version.
Built-in languages
Built-in content ships in English, Dutch, French and German. You can add translations in more than 70 languages to your own content.
Add a translation
Open an email, landing page or learning page you can edit. For built-in items, click Duplicate to edit first.
Add a language and write the translated version.
The From address stays the same in every language. The sender name can be translated.
The click flow keeps the language
When someone clicks a simulation, the landing page and the learning page open in the same language as the email they received.
