Manage several clients on one invoice

If you run Fallax for several clients or companies, give each one its own workspace and combine them on a single invoice. The Customers page appears in the sidebar once more than one workspace is on your invoice, or when you connect a PSA. It is for owners only.

One invoice, volume pricing

Add a workspace to your invoice with Add to this invoice. The per-seat rate then follows the total number of seats across all workspaces. Each workspace still keeps its own 10 free seats.

Why separate workspaces?

Each client's people, domains, results and evidence stay fully separate. You switch between them from the workspace switcher at the top left.

Connect your PSA

Fallax works with ConnectWise PSA, Autotask and HaloPSA.

• A ticket opens 30 minutes after someone clicks a simulation.

• A results ticket opens 7 days after a campaign's last message.

• Optionally, seat counts sync to a line on the client's agreement.

Use Match by name to link each workspace to the right client in your PSA.
