Active, excluded and archived people
What each status means for simulations and for your seat count.

Every person in People has a status. It decides whether they receive simulations and whether they count as a seat.
Excluded
An excluded person stays in the list but is never mailed. This happens when:
an admin chose Exclude from simulations, for example for someone on leave;
their email is on a domain you have not verified;
their department was left out of the directory sync;
they are not in any of the groups you chose to sync.
Archived
People who leave your directory are archived. You can also offboard someone by hand. Their history is kept for your reports and evidence.
Deleting a person
Deleting someone removes them and their campaign history for good. In most cases excluding or archiving is the better choice, because it keeps your audit trail complete.
Bulk actions
Tick the checkboxes next to several people to act on all of them at once, for example to add them to an audience or exclude them.
