Standings
Points, streaks, levels and team rankings that reward reporting.

Standings turns reporting into something people want to do. Everyone earns points for spotting simulations, and teams are ranked against each other.

Teams
Teams are ranked by report rate, not by total points. A team does not win for being bigger or for being tested more often.
People
Each person earns points, builds streaks of reports in a row, and moves up through levels: Newcomer, Spotter, Sentry, Sentinel and Guardian. Clicking never takes points away, so nobody is punished for a mistake.

How points are earned
Report a simulated phish: the main way to score. Harder lures are worth more.
Report it quickly: a bonus for reporting within five minutes, and a smaller one within an hour.
Click, then report it: still earns points. Telling someone is the point.
Finish the lesson after a click: a bad week still earns something.
Leave it alone: a few points, since ignoring a lure is weak evidence.
Click, or hand over credentials: zero. Nothing is ever taken away.
Badges and acknowledgements
Badges mark milestones: First catch, Quick draw, Hard mode, On a roll, Ten in a row, Comeback, Clean quarter and Homework done.
Acknowledgements sends an optional thank-you email after someone reports a simulation, with a link to their own standing. It is off by default.
