Sync people from your directory
Import employees from Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID and keep them up to date.

Fallax gets your employees from your directory, so the list stays correct without spreadsheets. Joiners are added, leavers are archived, and departments and job titles come along.

Start a sync
Open People and click Sync directory.
Choose Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID.
Grant access if asked. On Google this uses the delegation you set up when connecting. On Microsoft, click Grant directory access, and Grant group access if you want to sync by group. An administrator may need to approve.
Choose Who to sync (see below) and check the preview.
Click Import.
Who to sync
Everyone: every user in the directory.
Only certain groups: pick one or more groups. Nested groups count. Each group also becomes an audience in Fallax whose members stay in step with the directory.
Only certain departments: pick departments by name.
Tick Create an audience per department if you want to target or compare departments later.
The preview tells you how many people will become seats. The first 10 seats are free.
Keep it up to date
Turn on Sync every day. Fallax then picks up new joiners, archives leavers and follows group changes on its own. You can always click Sync again to run it straight away.
Synced fields are read-only
Name, email, department and job title come from your directory. On a person's page they show Managed by Google or Managed by Microsoft. To change them, change them in your directory and sync again.
Other ways to add people
If you manage people in an HR system, the REST API can add and update people for you. See REST API and n8n.
