What data Fallax keeps
What is stored about your employees, what never is, and how long it is kept.

Fallax is built to measure behaviour without collecting more than it needs. This is a summary. The privacy policy and data processing agreement are the full versions.
What we store about your people
Email, name, department, job title and audience membership.
For each simulation: what happened and when (sent, opened, clicked, submitted, reported), with the IP address and browser that did it.
For a landing page submission: which fields were filled in.
If App discovery is on: which apps people use.
For a report mailbox: the sender, subject and time of each report, and whether it matched a simulation.
What we never collect
Anything people type into a landing page.
The contents of their mailboxes, apart from the one report mailbox you choose. Even there, message bodies are scanned in memory and not stored.
Special-category data such as health or beliefs.
Advertising profiles, or analytics on the pages employees see.
How long we keep it
Deleting data
One person: delete them from People. This also removes their history. To keep the history but stop testing them, exclude or archive them instead.
App discovery: turn it off.
Report mailbox: remove it under Settings → Integrations.
Everything: delete the workspace under Settings → General → Danger zone.
