The Campaigns list shows every simulation with live numbers: sent, opened, clicked, submitted, reported and the click rate.

Click a campaign to open it. It has three tabs: Overview, Targets and Setup.

Overview

The engagement funnel shows how far people got, from delivered to submitted data. Next to it, a timeline lists what happened and when.

Targets

One row per person, with their furthest outcome and when each step happened. Filter by outcome or search by name or department.

What Fallax tracks

Outcome

Meaning

Delivered

The message reached the inbox.

Opened

The email's images loaded. Many mail apps block images, so this undercounts.

Clicked / Scanned QR / Opened attachment

The person followed the lure.

Submitted data

They filled in the landing page form. Only field names are recorded, never what they typed.

Reported

They reported the email as phishing.

Opened / Completed the lesson

What they did on the learning page.

A person's outcome only moves forward. Someone who clicks and then reports shows both.

Actions

  • Retry failed: re-sends to people whose delivery failed.

  • Mark complete: stops accepting new events and turns off any recurring schedule.

  • Duplicate as draft: start a new campaign with the same setup.

  • Mark reported: credit a report by hand, for example when someone told you in person. You can also withdraw a report.

  • Export evidence as PDF or CSV for your auditors.

Members can only delete draft campaigns. Owners and admins can delete launched ones.
