How the Programme works
Continuous, adaptive simulations without planning campaigns by hand.

The Programme tests each person continuously, on a schedule set by how well they do. Strong people are tested less often with harder lures, people who struggle more often with easier ones. You switch it on once and it keeps running.

Before you turn it on
People in your directory (see Sync people from your directory).
A verified domain.
A connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant.
Then open Programme and click Turn on the programme. Nothing goes out the same day. The first simulations land the next working day at the earliest.
The security score
Every person has a security score from 0 to 100. Everyone starts at 50. Reporting a simulation raises it a lot, clicking or submitting lowers it, and harder lures weigh more. Older results fade over time, so the score reflects how someone does now.
The score places each person in a band:
Strong: reports consistently. Tested rarely, and only with hard lures.
Fair: not much history yet, or mixed results. Everyone starts here.
Exposed: keeps clicking. Tested more often, with easier lures so a win is possible.
The Schedule tab
See every upcoming and recent send: who, which lure, their band, when, and a plain-language Why for each choice.

Reporting
For reports and evidence, the Programme groups its sends into one campaign per calendar month, such as Programme, October 2026. You will find these under Campaigns.
Pausing
Click Pause everything to stop the Programme. Everything queued is dropped. Pausing never affects campaigns you launched yourself. The Programme also pauses itself if something is wrong, for example if a domain stops being verified or there are no lures left to send, and tells you why.
