App discovery

See which apps your people use, so lures imitate something real.

A fake Slack invite works best on people who use Slack. App discovery reads which SaaS apps your employees sign into through Google or Microsoft, and matches each one to a ready-made lure.

What you see

  • Each app, how many people use it, and when it was last seen.

  • The lure that imitates it, or No template if there is none yet.

  • In Content, the Used by your people shelf puts these lures first.

  • The Programme can add these lures to its pool automatically.

Permissions it needs

  • Google Workspace: the Discover apps in use and List every app that holds access capabilities.

  • Microsoft 365: read access to applications and users.

If something is missing, the page shows exactly what to grant and a Check again button.

How fresh it is

Discovery looks at the last 30 days of sign-ins and refreshes once a day.

Turning it off

Click Turn off to stop discovery. Everything it found, including which people use which app, is deleted straight away.
